Month-Of Coordination
This package is for the couple who can handle planning their own wedding but want to enjoy the wedding day itself stress free. We will come in four weeks before the big day to execute all the final details you will have worked so hard to prepare but don't fear, we make it our job to check in on you monthly to ensure the planning process is on schedule and to provide you with some guidance. Coordination services include a meeting to discuss the timeline, vendor contract review, design or DIY elements, and bridal party/family details. A venue walk-through meeting is also included in this package so we can see how we can make your vision a reality in the space. We will coordinate the rehearsal and the entire wedding day. We act as the primary point of contact with your vendor team on the wedding day so communication is solid and you can focus on your big day. Setup and teardown will be manage by our team, as well as assist your wedding party and gather your vendor team to ensure the day is perfect.
Micro and Mini Wedding Coordination
Micro Wedding Planning is designed for couples who want a ceremony only. It includes 2 hours of coordination on the wedding day. This intimate affair will host under 50 guest. We will assist with ensuring you have your dream ceremony vendor team, creating the wedding day timeline, coordinate the wedding rehearsal and ensure your have a stress free wedding ceremony
Mini Wedding Planning designed for couples who want a ceremony and a mini-reception - formal intro; first dance; cake cutting, and grand exit only. This intimate wedding will host under 50 guests. There is 4 hours of coordination on the wedding day plus 1 hour for rehearsal. We will assist with vendor selections, wedding design and ensuring the day is flawless and stress free!
Full Service Planning
Wedding planning can be a stressful process as it is very taxing and involves so many little details. With our full planning package, we will be your go-to experts of wedding planning. We’ll start the planning process by getting to know you and your fiance's love story, creating your budget, finding your dream wedding location, and building your dream team of wedding vendors. We will coordinate the scheduling of your meetings, keep you on track with planning, and create a design unique to your vision and priorities. This package will allow you to enjoy not only the wedding day, but also the entire process of planning.
